Return and Exchange Policy

At Yeola Paithani Bazaar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized or made-to-order sarees are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Initiate a Return:

2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.


3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.



Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.

Approved returns will be processed for a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Time
Domestic Orders (Within India):
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after order dispatch.

International Orders:
Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability.


Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
